We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures applicable to returns, refunds, exchanges, and defective or damaged products purchased through our online store.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

2. How to Return an Item
After informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to us.

For a standard return under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
We recommend using suitable protective packaging when returning a sculpture to prevent damage during transportation.
3. Condition of Returned Products
You may handle and inspect the sculpture only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If the product has been used, damaged, altered, or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in the value of the product, as permitted by applicable law.
The product should be returned in an appropriate condition and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
4. Refunds
Once you have validly exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method.
Where applicable, the refund includes the cost of the standard delivery option offered by us. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your sculpture arrives damaged, defective, or does not conform to the purchase contract, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the damage or defect.
If the product is defective or damaged for reasons for which the customer is not responsible, we will handle the matter in accordance with the customer's statutory consumer rights.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
Where the customer is legally entitled to a remedy for a defective or non-conforming product, the applicable costs of returning the product will be covered by us.
6. Damage Caused by the Customer
The customer is responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, modification, improper storage, or any other actions for which the customer is responsible.
This does not affect any mandatory statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
7. Exchanges
If a product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, we may provide a replacement where appropriate and where permitted by applicable law.
For a standard change-of-mind return under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the returned product will be refunded after the return has been processed. If the customer wishes to purchase another product, a new order may be placed separately.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
8. Handmade Products
Our sculptures are handmade and are produced using materials such as stone and iron.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in texture, surface, colour, shape, or other visual characteristics may occur. Such variations may be inherent characteristics of handmade products and do not necessarily constitute defects.
However, a product that does not conform to its description, agreed characteristics, or applicable legal requirements remains subject to the customer's statutory rights.
9. Non-Returnable Products
Our products are standard products available for purchase through our online store. We do not accept custom-made or personalised sculpture orders.
Any statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal will apply as provided by applicable law.

11. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any mandatory consumer rights applicable under Hungarian or European Union law.
Where applicable law provides consumers with rights that are more favourable than the terms stated in this policy, those statutory rights will prevail.
