Shipping policy

At Csendes Forma Jelenléte, we carefully prepare and deliver our handmade sculptures from Hungary to customers across Hungary, Europe, and Ukraine.
All orders are shipped through our own delivery service.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver orders to:
• Hungary
• European Union countries
• Ukraine
If you are unsure whether delivery is available to your specific location, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within:
• Hungary: up to 3 days
• Europe and Ukraine: up to 3 days
Processing time begins after successful confirmation of the order and payment.
Please note that processing time is separate from the delivery time.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
• Hungary: up to 3 days
• Europe: approximately 5–7 business days
• Ukraine: approximately 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, customs procedures, or other unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Costs
The standard delivery cost is:
• Hungary: 15,000 HUF
• Europe: 30,000 HUF
• Ukraine: 30,000 HUF
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery for orders with a total value of 300,000 HUF or more.
The free-delivery threshold is calculated based on the value of the products in the order, before any applicable delivery charges.
5. Delivery Service
Orders are delivered using the seller's own delivery service.
Because our sculptures are handmade and may be large or heavy, our delivery service is designed to ensure that the products are handled appropriately during transportation.
We do not currently provide standard parcel tracking numbers.
6. Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Please make sure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate and complete before submitting your order.
Csendes Forma Jelenléte is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Delivery to Ukraine
Customers ordering delivery to Ukraine are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges that may be imposed by Ukrainian authorities in connection with the importation of the goods.
These charges are not included in our delivery fee unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
The customer is responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in Ukraine.
8. Delayed or Unsuccessful Delivery
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to complete the delivery as soon as possible.
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect address, failed to provide necessary information, or otherwise prevented delivery, additional delivery costs may apply.
Where applicable, we will contact the customer to arrange a suitable solution.
9. Damaged Delivery
We take reasonable care when preparing sculptures for transportation.

Please provide your order details and photographs showing the condition of the package and the sculpture.
If the damage occurred during delivery and the customer is not responsible for the damage, we will handle the matter in accordance with the customer's applicable statutory consumer rights.
10. Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with the seller until the goods are delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Hungarian or European Union law.
